Qlick IT

A bespoke large scale CMS system, with authentication and download management for software supplier QlickIT. The project brief was to develop a CMS system that covered complex content management requirements, one that used various templates for different types of content.

I took a modular approach to the templating engine, enabling various combinations of isolated content areas to become unique pages. Coupled with a simple but great design, this turned out to be a truly unique and good looking site that has stood the test of time.

The front-end of the site has a few hidden gems too. The slider on the homepage has a nice pixelated mask at the top to give it a fade in effect and the site uses javascript to calculate where to slide/display specific areas to suit the overall layout of the design based on the users viewport.
